These terms govern your use of brightoncart.com and any purchase you make from BrightonCart. By placing an order you agree to these terms. BrightonCart is operated from the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

We work hard to describe products accurately, including brand, size, count and key features. Minor variations in packaging may occur where a manufacturer updates its packaging. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure checkout.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery is made in line with our Shipping Policy (3-5 business days from dispatch). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day cancellation right for most online purchases, subject to the hygiene exceptions described in the Return & Refund Policy).

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
